Day 1: Understanding Dental Insurance Coding and Billing

Dr. Travis Campbell, has been a practicing dentist since 2009, after graduating from Baylor University in Waco, Texas (2005) and then Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Campbell is now an author, trainer, speaker, contributor to various online dental communities, and dental coach and consultant. Having gained a reputation as a resource for other dentists in the complex area of dental insurance, Dr. Campbell is often referred to as “The Dental Insurance Guy!”
From understanding insurance to developing strategies to accelerate practice growth, Dr. Campbell delivers practical, actionable content that dentists and team members can use immediately. He dispels many of the myths and misinformation around today’s dental insurance policies and explains how to navigate the complexities of being an exceptional dentist, business owner, and leader while still having a life outside of work.
Day 2: The New Patient Experience and an Introduction to Relationship Based Dentistry

During this full day course, Dr. Fleischman will introduce you to his relationship driven new patient experience and the comprehensive nature of its approach and results.
Objectives:
. Understand why knowing who a patient is and what motivates them is critical to establishing a new relationship
. Have organized approaches and systems to guide a patient through the most comprehensive exam of their dental experiences
. Communicate clearly with patients about their treatment needs using dental photography and learn how to manage them (along with your lab and specialists) through completion of their care
. Celebrate the efforts it takes to build a patient base of like-minded individuals and the results that come with it, while acknowledging the challenges when philosophies of care are not aligned
Bio: Dr. Todd Fleischman received his undergraduate education from NYU with a degree in psychology followed by his doctoral dental degree at Temple University. He completed a post-graduate AEGD residency program with the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Fleischman is an advocate for continuing education and has studied numerous dental curriculum including SPEAR Education in Scottsdale, Arizona and became a 2023 graduate of the Kois Center in Seattle, Washington. Since September of 2010 he has run a fee-for-service, general dental practice in the Rittenhouse Square area of Center City Philadelphia focusing on comprehensive and cosmetic care.
